Who are we?

As a socially responsible company, Mintra is deeply committed to the employment of women in underprivileged neighborhoods in Egypt. We strongly believe in the power of women’s empowerment and the importance of creating economic opportunities for them.

As part of our social responsibility initiative, we have been able to provide employment opportunities to a growing number of women living in disadvantaged neighborhoods. We are proud to highlight that our company is a model of inclusion. Currently, 70% of our employees are women .

W e have set ourselves an ambitious goal: to create 40,000 jobs for women by 2030. We firmly believe that women’s economic empowerment is essential to breaking the cycle of poverty and creating stronger, more resilient communities. By providing meaningful employment opportunities in disadvantaged neighborhoods, we want to contribute to improving the quality of life of women and their families.

In addition, we have made significant progress in terms of female representation in our management team. To date, 40% of our managers are women, which demonstrates our commitment to creating leadership opportunities and empowering women to lead and make important decisions within our company.

At Mintra, we also understand that gender equality cannot be achieved by providing jobs for women alone, but also by creating an enabling environment for them to thrive. That is why we ensure that we have internal policies in place that promote equal opportunities, such as training and professional development programs focused on technical skills and leadership for women. We also actively support local initiatives aimed at strengthening women’s skills and improving their access to education and training.
