How do I make a purchase?
Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Cart" icon below the image and the item will be automatically added to your cart. You can also click on the image or product title to visit the product page and find all the information you may need. Once you are satisfied, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button you see on this page and the item will be added to your cart.
Your shopping cart is permanently at the top right of your screen and is constantly updated so you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your cart before checking out.
When you're ready to complete your order, simply click on your cart to see a summary of your order and click "Secure Checkout" to proceed directly to checkout.
How do I know you received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 12 hours of ordering. If you have not received this email, please check your spam filter.
How do I retrieve my order number?
When you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address your account is registered with. This email includes your order number, identified by #.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes, If you would like to add an item to an existing order please call us on the day you place your order as we aim to do 48 hour delivery. You can also email us at onlineorders@mintrahome.com but calling us on 0109 5049994 (available 9am-5pm) will be easier.
If your order is already being processed, you will NOT be able to add an item or modify your existing order.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel an order. To do so, please call us on 01095049994 to inform us of the cancellation.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?
Yes, to do so please call us on 01095049994 to inform us of the change.
What payment methods does Mintra accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa. We also accept cash on delivery.
Are my payments secure and private?
At Mintra, we take care to protect your privacy and personal information. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to provide 48 hours delivery for shipments to Cairo and Giza. Our broker delivers orders from 12pm to 8pm, Saturday to Thursday.
However, orders placed on Thursdays as well as national holidays may take longer to be delivered.
Can I decide to refuse my order upon delivery?
Even though we believe you will love our product, if you receive the order and are not satisfied, you can decide to cancel your order upon receipt. A refund will be processed.
If you paid electronically (credit or debit card), the amount paid will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the person's banking process.
What are your return and refund policies?
You can return your order up to 14 days after delivery.
A pickup will be scheduled for someone from our broker to come and inspect the product to ensure it has not been damaged.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Just like our shipping is free, so is our return! If payment was made by cash on delivery, you will get your money in cash. If you paid electronically (credit or debit card), the amount paid will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the person's banking process.

Is there a warranty on the product?
There is a one year warranty on all our furniture.
1.Mintra chairs are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. “Defects” are defined as imperfections that impair the use of the product. Defects resulting from misuse, intentional damage or neglect will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism or anything beyond the manufacturer’s control.
- This warranty guarantees the replacement of the defective product if the product is defective in accordance with the warranty conditions. If the product is defective within the conditions of this warranty.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs or any other cosmetic damage that may result from use of the product.
If you believe your product is defective, please email us and attach a photo of the product or contact customer service directly by phone. We will then send a representative to pick up your product and deliver a replacement to you.
